Join us for "Dolce Puglia: Yoga and The Sweet Life In Southern Italy," an immersive retreat held at the serene La Rosa dei 4 Venti. Originally built as a Carmelite Monastery in 1689, this historic sanctuary has long been a place for pilgrims and spiritual retreat. The Masseria, now a restored farmhouse, still holds the essence of its sacred origins with a consecrated chapel dedicated to the Virgin of Carmelo.
During this retreat, we’ll harmonize the peace and stillness of yoga with the vibrancy of southern Italy’s rich cultural landscape. Daily yoga practices will guide you toward inner balance, while our off-the-mat adventures will take you on unforgettable journeys through the stunning Puglia region:
- Lecce: Known as the “Florence of the South,” this baroque masterpiece boasts stunning architecture, grand piazzas, and a rich cultural heritage that makes every corner a marvel.
- Matera: A UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its ancient cave dwellings, known as the "Sassi." Walking through these stone-carved homes offers a window into prehistoric life and a surreal, timeless atmosphere.
- Polignano a Mare: Perched on dramatic cliffs overlooking the Adriatic Sea, this postcard-perfect town is ideal for swimming in its famous grottos and wandering through narrow streets that lead to breathtaking sea views.
- Alberobello: A unique and magical town famous for its trulli—whitewashed stone huts with conical roofs, another UNESCO World Heritage site. Walking among these ancient structures feels like stepping into a fairytale.
Throughout our journey, you will also savor wine tastings, private tours, and indulge in the region's exquisite local cuisine. Taste Puglia’s famed olive oils, handmade pastas, and fresh seafood, all sourced from local farms and served with traditional southern Italian hospitality.

REFUND POLICY AND TRAVEL INSURANCE
- 50% of retreat balance must be paid by March 1st 2025. Full balnce paid in full by June 1st. There will not be refunds issued for last minute cancellations. Bending Bodhi cannot make exceptions to this policy as costs are incurred prior to the retreat date.
- Deposits are non refundable. No exceptions.
- We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. This will protect you against potential trip delays or cancellations due to airline issues, illness, emergencies, etc.

Shared/Couples Room $2900 per person: 2 Twin beds or 1 Queen bed with a private bathroom. $1450 non refundable deposit to book. Full balance to bepaid in full by June 1st SOLD OUT
Private Room $3400 per person: 1 Queen bed in a private room with a private bathroom. $1700 non refundable deposit to book. To be paid in full by June 1st. SOLD OUT
CANCELLATION AND LIABILITY POLICIES
At Bending Bodhi Yoga, we strive to create unforgettable retreat experiences. However, we understand that plans can change. Please carefully review our Cancellation & Liability Policy before booking your retreat.
Cancellation Policy:
- All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel and can find a replacement, your payment will be refunded minus the $500 deposit.
- No exceptions can be made for any reason, including but not limited to: personal emergencies, illness/injury, travel delays, weather disruptions, or schedule conflicts.
- No refunds or credits will be issued for failure to attend, failure to complete the retreat, or arriving late/leaving early.
Retreat Cancellation:
- If bending Bodhi Yoga must cancel a retreat due to insufficient participant interest, all money paid will be refunded. Notification of cancellation will be provided at least two months prior to the retreat start date.
- Itinerary Changes: All retreat itineraries are subject to change due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or travel delays.
- Bending Bodhi Yoga is not responsible for any personal expenses, including airline tickets, travel arrangements, or additional costs incurred due to retreat changes or cancellations.
Insurance & Liability:
- Travel & Health Insurance: It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance coverage before attending the retreat. This includes, but is not limited to, travel insurance, health insurance, and trip cancellation insurance.
- Personal Responsibility: All yoga sessions, mindfulness practices, and excursions are undertaken at your own risk. Bending Bodhi Yoga assumes no liability for any injuries, illnesses, or unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during the retreat.

We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your investment. Suggested providers include:
