Our yoga practice is more important than it has ever been! Taking this time to care for our physical, mental, and emotional well being is so important as we navigate these challenging times. At Bending Bodhi we are committed to offering you that support wherever you want to practice.For $45 a month you will have unlimited access to our video library. You will find well over 100 classes of all different styles to support your needs. You will find Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Gentle Flow, and some guided meditations. You will also be able to purchase separately our workshops and Beginner Series on this platform. You will also have the ability to just buy one drop in class at a time for $12! If you are currently an Unlimited member at the studio you will have full access to in studio AND virtual classes. You will just need to email the studio to receive your access code for the online platform. Our YouTube channel is no longer available. We will continue to add more classes weekly and expand on our offerings as we grow together.
