Learn to fine tune the art of meditation by using several techniques and tools that can help guide you into a more steady home practice. We will invite stillness into the mind through the body (asana), through the voice (mantras and chanting), through the fingers (mudras), and through guided meditation. This is an exploratory workshop that gives you the opportunity to ask questions, to set up a routine, and to give you insight into the many benefits of meditation.
