Maureen Miller, Owner of Yoga NH, will lead this 3-hour workshop for yoga students who want to take the yoga journey deeper, to learn more about the benefits of the Yoga practices at a deeper level and to integrate the practices into your day to day life - bringing yoga into your life off the mat. Take some time for yourself and learn how the 8 limbs can contribute to your self-care toolbox.

Mind: Yamas & Niyama – reflection of life off the mat

Body: Asana/poses & Pranayama/breathing techniques

Soul: Pratyhara/Turning Inward: Restorative Yoga/Yoga Nidra; Dharana/Concentration/Mudras; Dhyana/Meditation; Samadhi/Bliss

Workshop Intentions:

  • Self-Care practices become routine
  • Decrease feelings that come with stress & anxiety
  • Learn how to have downtime, without guilt
