Exploring Back Bends

We will take our backbending from the belly to the knees, to our feet, and then to our back. In this two hour flow, with Sarah Jones, we will explore how moving through twists and our hips enables us to deepen our backbends. This is open to all levels with a curious mind on how they are moving within their practice.                                                                                                           COST: $25, $20 for recurring studio members
