Join Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach Jenna Sarno on this 6 week journey of holistic nutrition and balance. In this 6 week program you will learn how to eat in a way that feels empowering to YOU personally and in a way that will support you in optimal health!

Topics discussed throughout the 6 weeks will be:
Week 1: Intro to Integrative Nutrition/ The “Perfect” “Yogic” diet
Week 2: Eating Empowered/Self Love/ Finding Balance
Week 5: Leaky Gut
Week 4: Dietary Theories/ The Cleanse (or, “experiment”)
Week 5: Discussion and observations of how the cleanse is going/ Yoga for digestion
Week 6: Self Care practices/ How to live a Holistic Lifestyle

Dates: Wednesdays 4-5:30pm July 12th- August 16th
