Be A Warrior

“Be a warrior, not a worrier.” 

Deepen your understanding of the Warrior Postures. Sarah Jones will guide us through a study in the practice of Warrior postures to help you further your knowledge of the alignment, the action, and the attitude within each. Have you ever wondered how each are related, the story behind the postures, or how your body can feel within them? Have you ever wanted the opportunity to ask questions about your alignment? This workshop is designed to be interactive so you take home the skills to practice on your own, to be more mindful within your classes, and to learn how to deepen them if you are interested.
