The Yoga Of Eating                                                     Friday November 17th                   6-8pm

The practice of yoga connects the mind, body, and spirit. Learn how to apply the same approach when it comes to your food and eating habits, using the yogic practice of Ahimsa (non-harming). Don't worry, you don't need to be vegan but we will discuss the physical and spiritual benefits of leaning into a more plant-based lifestyle. This workshop will empower and inspire you to incorporate the wisdom of yoga into your meals and eating habits, starting with self compassion. This workshop will consist of a 45 minute yoga practice focused around compassion, suitable for ALL levels of practitioner followed by a group discussion. 

This special event will be hosted by Jenna Sarno, Yoga Instructor, and Morgan Avery, a holistic Chef and Health Coach specializing in plant-based lifestyle.
