Yoga For Teens 4 Week Series January 10th-31st 4-5:30pm
Physical and mental strength, self awareness, and confidence are just among the many things that teens will gain in this 4 week Yoga for Teens series. This series is aimed at teenagers from ages 13-17 to teach them relaxation skills, increased body awareness, and a healthy relationship with their body. Bending Bodhi's Jenna Sarno will be leading this series. She found yoga as a teenager and wants to pay it forward by giving the space and opportunity for other teenagers to experience the practice of yoga.
