Yoga For Runners
Race season is fast approaching! As Runners, we are prone to experience tightness in the hips, pulled hamstrings, and those inevitable leg cramps. Balancing your running with yoga can greatly enhance your training and your time!In this 4 week series we will be focusing on increased flexibility, breath control, mental focus, strength, and balance. It will also include postures that will aid in speedy recoveries and have you back on the road ready to run! This workshop includes unlimited yoga for the length of the series.Space is limited.
