Yin Yoga and Meditation Day Retreat Saturday July 8th 12-4pm
Let's make some space in our sometimes hectic summer schedules for stillness, self-inquiry and reflection. This afternoon retreat will provide you the time to delve deep into your body and mind through the practices of yin yoga and meditation and the opportunity to connect with fellow practitioners by sharing our practice and meditation experiences. We will have time for question and sharing is optional. No yoga or meditation experience required. Please bring a notebook or paper and something to write with and your most open, curious mind! Mid-afternoon tea break included.
