There are several reasons students choose private sessions including: Beginners who want to get started in yoga without being overwhelmed or intimidated. Wanting to work more in-depth. Injuries or health concerns. Specific physical goals such as increased flexibility, balance or strength or target problem areas like tight hips or hamstrings or weak knees or increasing mental focus in a particular sport or activity. Time or location restrictions. Private sessions can be scheduled at a time of your choosing and can also be done via Skype.
