Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Chanting to Experience Your Radiance With Karly Nihal and Lisa Rockenmacher
This workshop uses the ancient system of Kundalini Yoga to explore ways to experience your own radiance, and let your power and inner light shine. Through an energizing Kundalini yoga set, breath work, meditation, and mantra (chanting) we will cultivate a sense of pure acceptance, insight and love and let the beautiful light within each of us shine brightly. This workshop also includes an extended relaxation with the sound current vibration of a Gong. No previous Kundalini Yoga experience needed. $25 -Pre Registration Required $20 Bending Bodhi Members
Karly Nihal Karly is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, a Reiki II Practitioner, and a life long spiritual seeker of awakening and truth. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Center and Ashram in Millis, MA in 2013. She is currently completing a 500 hour yoga teaching certification and Yoga Therapy training program at The YogaLife Institute in Exeter, NH. Karly teaches Kundalini Yoga at the YogaLife Institute, and in Portsmouth, NH. Lisa Rockenmacher Assistant Director at YogaLife Institute of NH and senior faculty for the YogaLife advanced training programs. Lisa is dedicated to the practice of yoga as a means to experience wholeness, wellness, and peace. She has been a yoga teacher for the past decade and continues to study actively under the tutelage of many wonderful teachers in the YogaLifeNH community and beyond. Her certifications include Classical Yoga E-RYT 500, Kundalini Yoga (over 300 hours of study), Comprehensive Yoga Therapy training and she is a Reiki Master teacher and intuitive healing practitioner. Lisa’s love and skill as a teacher began with teaching swim lessons as a young teen, camp counseling, and eventually led to a Master’s in Education followed by a decade of work in the public school system. Lisa enjoys being part of the vibrant and dedicated community at YogaLifeNH and appreciates the accessible and integrative approach of Classical Yoga and the vibrant unifying energy of Kundalini Yoga. She invites inquiry and the opportunity for her students to be receptive to the needs of the moment- noticing mind, body, and breath as an avenue to their own inner wisdom.
