Exploring Power Yoga 4 Week Series                      Tuesdays June 6th-27th 7:15pm

In this 4 week series we will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. We will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. You can expect a dynamic, challenging, and high energy class, focusing on being present through breath and movement. In this series Heather will guide you through a series of asana (postures) coordinated to the flow of your breath. Standing and seated postures, backbends, hip-openers, and inversions flow together to form seamless, dance-like movements, deepening the awareness of your breath and your connection to each present moment. Build some heat, increase body strength and take your practice to the next level! Unlimited yoga classes at the studio are included for the duration of the series.
