4 Week Chair Yoga Series
Here at Bending Bodhi we will support you as you begin your gentle yoga journey with us while still getting that same mind body connection.Chair Yoga provides a unique opportunity to find deeper well-being though the exploration of gentle postures, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation. Through a regular practice of yoga, you will notice improved flexibility, strength, balance, and posture. An added benefit is the ability to calm yourself and decrease stress through breathing and meditation techniques.
This 4 Week Chair Yoga Series is a gentle exercise program especially designed for people who have difficulty getting to the floor, have arthritis, an injury, or limited mobility. Participants will be guided through a series of stretches and yoga postures that are modified to accommodate those limitations. *Coming to this class does require walking up a flight of stairs. Unfortunately we do not have an elevator.
